BLUE FOLDER Procedures

As you know we have gone paperless! To clear up any confusion I wanted to share with everyone the new Blue Folder procedures:

Items for blue folder need to be submitted by the Wednesday morning before the Friday you want it to go out. Please submit a paper copy to the office, as well as email an electronic PDF to: maderaelementary@gmail.com

Please write BLUE FOLDER: (and then what it is regarding) in the subject line. Example: BLUE FOLDER Pizza in the Park

After flyers are approved by the PTA President and Principal they will be forwarded on to our electronic committee to post. Only items that are submitted in this fashion will be posted to the website.
