This program introduces students to adaptations found in ocean animals through hands-on, scientific investigation in a highly engaging festival atmosphere. In addition, students learn about important concepts such as ecology, interdependence of organisms and the diverse survival strategies of different species.
We still need volunteers!
Volunteers need to be at the school at 5:30 in order to receive a brief orientation from the LHS staff and then they will be responsible for assisting at one table during the two hour event.
This program is funded by the generous donations to the Madera PTA. We need volunteers to work stations at this event, so please contact Beth Lewis if you can help out.
