We are closing out 2013 in the garden with all sorts of exciting events and offerings. Here is what’s up:
- The 6th graders are going to try and get their native landscaping project done before break (keep your fingers crossed everyone!)
- Our first cooking class is happening this Friday (and it is fully booked.)
- We are going to start putting up our holiday light display this week.
- We are going to have a holiday craft table set up on Friday, December 20th from 12-3 for your last minute gift-giving needs. We will have Madera Market potpourri, salts, rose sugar, lavender oil, body powder, and more. We will also be selling pottery donated from my mom’s studio as well as fabulous new garden t-shirts and our very own garden calender (featuring garden photos and student art work.) Items will range from $3-$15, and proceeds will benefit the PTA as well as a charitable organization. So do your holiday shopping super-locally this year! I will send out more information about this next week.
And our website has been updated. Take a look!
Thanks all and have a great holiday season,
